Med Umami is a Mediterranean-inspired kelp bite made from regeneratively farmed macroalgae, blended with extra virgin olive oil, thyme, and sea salt for a clean, savory flavor rich in natural marine minerals. These nutrient-dense functional bites offer a crisp texture, balanced umami, and clean-label ingredients—no preservatives, no artificial additives—bringing ocean-grown nutrition into an everyday Mediterranean taste experience.
Wheat flour, macroalgae, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, thyme. May contain traces of nuts, milk, cocoa, eggs and shellfish.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep the bag tightly sealed to maintain crispness. Best consumed shortly after opening. Avoid exposure to heat, humidity, or direct sunlight.
